These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of playdeadlock.online and the Deadlock game (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Deadlock is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account or play online.

2. Accounts and Usernames

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, hateful, impersonate others or infringe trademarks. We may rename or remove accounts that violate this rule.

3. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, engines or other software to play on your behalf in online or ranked matches;
• exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, or deliberately lose matches to boost another account;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players through emotes, names or any other channel;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may reset ratings, remove items or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Virtual Items

Coins, skins and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify or rebalance virtual items at any time.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Some optional features (such as bonus coins) may be offered in exchange for watching an ad. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and advertising.

6. Intellectual Property

The Deadlock name, logo, design, graphics and code are owned by us. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay, including on social media, provided you do not imply official endorsement.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
